What we do

Bihar Scholars helps students from India plan their options, apply to universities abroad and prepare to go. The guidance, the shortlist, the preparation and submission of applications, and the visa support are free for students.

Optional paid services

A few optional extras are paid services. Examples include a professionally written statement of purpose, or a complete application to a highly selective university. We give you the price in writing before you decide. We never charge you for anything that you have not agreed to in writing.

What we do not promise

We cannot promise you an admission, a scholarship or a visa, and nor can anyone else. Universities and governments make those decisions. What we do promise is honest advice, careful work, and that you will always know where your application stands.

What we ask of you

We ask that every document and every detail you give us is true and complete. We cannot submit anything that we know to be false. If a student asks us to do so, we will end our work with that student.

Payments to others

You pay university fees, deposits, visa fees, health surcharges and test fees directly to those organisations, through their own official channels. Those payments follow their rules and their refund terms. We never ask you to pay any of them to us.

If something goes wrong

Please tell us first, at study@biharscholars.com. We will reply within five working days and we will try to put it right. Nothing in these terms takes away any right that you have under the law of the country you live in.

Governing law

To be confirmed on legal review. Bihar Scholars is based in Southampton, United Kingdom.
