Seven stages. One journey.
Every student follows the same journey, and it does not end at the airport. This page explains what happens at each stage, who does what, and how long it usually takes.
-
Stage 1 of 7 · Day 1
Tell us your plans
You
Choose the country where you would like to study, and give us your name and mobile number. It takes one minute.
We
A counsellor reads your note the same day and books a call at a time that suits you and your parents.
-
Stage 2 of 7 · Week 1 to 2
Shortlist with your counsellor
You
Share your marks, your budget and what you want from the next five years. Honest answers help us most.
We
We build a shortlist of three to six courses that fit your profile and your budget, and we explain why each one is there.
-
Stage 3 of 7 · Week 2 to 4
Documents checked
You
Send us each document on the list we give you: marksheets, passport, English test, references and statement of purpose.
We
We check every page before anything is sent, tell you what needs correcting, and keep your papers in a private, logged folder.
-
Stage 4 of 7 · Week 3 to 6
Applied
You
Approve the final application. You can see each one on your journey page.
We
We prepare and submit the applications through the proper university channels, and we follow them up for you.
-
Stage 5 of 7 · Typically 2 to 8 weeks after applying
Offer
You
Read the offer with us, meet any conditions, and decide. Deposits are paid to the university, never to us.
We
Offers arrive from the university’s own system. We explain the conditions, deposits and deadlines, and what happens if a condition is not met.
-
Stage 6 of 7 · 4 to 10 weeks before travel
Visa and departure
You
Prepare the financial evidence we list, attend biometrics, and pack using our checklist.
We
We prepare the visa file, practise any interview with you, and stay with you right up to the day you fly.
-
Stage 7 of 7 · Your first weeks abroad
Settling in
You
Arrive, register with your university, open a bank account, find your way around. Tell us whenever something is not going to plan.
We
We stay reachable after you land. The questions that only come up once you are there — the first rent, the bank, the part-time work rules, the first assignment — you can still bring to us.
What it costs: nothing, for the guidance.
You pay the university its fees directly, in its own instalments. You pay the government for the visa. You pay us nothing for the guidance.
If you ever want help beyond the free service, such as a professionally written statement of purpose or a full application to a highly selective university, that is a separate paid service. We quote the price in writing before you decide. Nothing is ever added without your agreement.
What we never do
- We never promise an admission or a visa. Nobody can.
- We never take money from you for admission, a visa or “processing”.
- We never show you a university we are not allowed to represent.
- We never sell or share your details.
- We never make a decision for you. We give you the full picture and our honest view.
