Refunds

The free service

Our guidance costs you nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you stop at any point, you owe us nothing. The only thing we owe you is your documents, and we return or delete them when you ask.

Optional paid services

• If we have not started the work, you receive a full refund.
• If we have started the work but not finished it, we refund the part that is not yet done, and we show you how we calculated it.
• Once the work is finished and delivered, it cannot be refunded. If it does not match what we agreed in writing, we correct it at no cost.

Payments to universities, governments and test providers

You pay deposits, tuition, visa fees, health surcharges and test fees directly to those organisations. Those payments follow their refund rules, not ours. We tell you what those rules are before you pay, and we help you claim a refund where one is due.

Email study@biharscholars.com with “Refund” in the subject line. We reply within five working days.
